priorities...
The other day I asked what’s stopping you from getting help with your health.
I got a lot of replies.
Most said: “Money.”
Some said: “Nothing seems to work for me.”
Others said: “I just don’t have the time right now.”
And here’s what that tells me:
You may not be ready yet.
Let me explain.
I’m not saying this to be harsh.
I’m saying it because honesty is more helpful than hype.
When someone is truly ready to change, the obstacles don’t disappear — but their priorities shift.
They start looking for solutions instead of reasons.
They move things around.
They create space.
They make it work.
Because they’re done being stuck in the same cycle.
They’re done with low energy.
Done feeling uncomfortable in their body.
Done putting this off for “later.”
Done watching years go by while their health slowly slips.
They’re done waking up feeling exhausted.
Done saying “next week I’ll start.”
Done feeling like they should have figured this out by now.
When someone reaches that point, the question stops being:
“I can’t.”
And becomes:
“How do I?”
Let me be clear:
I’m not here to convince anyone.
I’m not here to push you into something you don’t want.
You either see the value of getting support… or you don’t.
You either know you need help… or you prefer to keep trying on your own.
You’re either ready to act… or still thinking about it.
And both are okay.
But the people who get the best results are the ones who are ready to move — not just interested in the idea of change.
The individuals we work best with tend to be people who:
Have a clear vision for the life they want
Are willing to prioritize their health like they do their career and family
Understand that meaningful change requires commitment
Recognize that staying stuck also has a cost
Are open to guidance and ready to follow a structured plan
They’re not looking for another quick fix.
They want systems that actually work in real life.
They want the energy to show up for their career, their family, and the life they’re building.
If that’s not you right now, no pressure.
Save this email. Come back to it when the timing feels right.
But if you are ready…
If you’re tired of thinking about change and ready to actually take action…
If you know that waiting another 6–12 months probably means staying in the same place…
Reply “READY” and we can explore what this would look like for you.
We currently have a few openings available this month.
Because we work closely with each client, we can only support a limited number of people at a time.
If you’re one of the people ready to commit, we’ll schedule a conversation, map out your situation, and determine the best path forward.
If you’re not ready yet, that’s completely okay too.
There’s no pressure — just clarity.
Much love,
Mackenzie
P.S. People tend to find time, energy, and resources for what matters most to them. If your health isn’t a priority right now, that’s okay. But when it becomes one, support will still be here.
